Pink Panda Pest Control is a family-owned, veteran-owned pest control company in Panama City, serving Panama City Beach, Lynn Haven, and surrounding Bay County communities. We may be a newer company, but we’re not new to Bay County, homes, crawlspaces, or customers.
Why Pink Panda
We’ll be honest: we didn’t grow up dreaming about cockroaches.
What we do love is running a service business the right way. Our first business started after a less-than-impressive home inspection on a house we were buying. The report took almost a week, called our metal roof “shingles,” and still didn’t cover half of what it should have. We figured we could do better. So we got licensed and built a home inspection company right here in Bay County, and we ran it until we sold it in 2024.
After we sold, we missed it: the work, the customers, and being part of this community. When we decided to build something again, we knew who we wanted with us. We’d met Jeff years earlier on inspections, and he was one of the best pest control technicians we’d ever worked alongside. Pink Panda is what happened when the timing finally lined up: a business we know how to run, and a pro we trust to do the work.
The military taught us that the basics aren’t optional. Wear the uniform. Show up on time. Follow the procedure. Do what you said you’d do. In service businesses, those things should be standard, and too often they aren’t. That’s the gap we built Pink Panda to fill.

Caley, the voice on the phone
When you call Pink Panda, you’ll talk to Caley.
Caley spent years as a Navy diver’s wife, running the household and raising three kids through long deployments. From 2016 to 2024, she ran the office and customer care for our home inspection company, and customers regularly booked with us just because of how she handled their call. She knows the work, she knows the questions to ask, and she’ll tell you plainly what happens next.
Caley also created the Pink Panda brand. She knows what it feels like to be home alone with the kids when a contractor pulls up. She wanted a company that looks family-friendly and acts like total professionals.
Jeff, certified operator & lead technician
Jeff has 16 years in pest control, and he still loves the job.
“I’ve never met a stranger. I believe in listening to what the customer needs and building a game plan that doesn’t just meet their standards, it beats them. In this business you become almost an extended part of the family. My goal is to leave every customer’s day better than it was before I got there.”
On inspections, Jeff was usually the one sent into every crawlspace. He’s one of the most genuine people we know. We tried to bring him on in 2019, and it finally happened in 2026. Today he leads our service team.
Travis, owner
Travis is a retired U.S. Navy diver and spent eight years owning a home inspection company. He handles the business side and still gets in the field, and he’ll be the first to tell you Caley and Jeff are the reason it works.
