Solid outside protection that keeps pests from getting in. Interior visits and callbacks between services are paid service calls.
Panda Club
Starting at $47.50/mo
Everything outside, plus inside help when you need it, at a locked-in price. Billed monthly on autopay.

Your exact price depends on your home and what we find, and we confirm it in writing before we start. On the Exterior Plan? You can switch to Panda Club anytime.
What we do every other month
- Foundation barrier treatment around the outside of your home, every visit.
- Eave and web sweep as needed, so spiders and wasps don’t set up shop.
- Doors, windows and entry points treated as needed.
- Granular treatment when conditions call for it.
- A work order after every visit listing what we did and the products we used.
You don’t need to be home for outside service. Inside service is scheduled ahead of time.
Common household pests
Our plans cover the pests that come with living in Bay County: roaches and palmetto bugs, common household ants, spiders, silverfish and earwigs.
Not covered by the plans: carpenter ants, termites, bed bugs, rodents, fleas and ticks, mosquitoes and lawn pests. Those are separate services, and we’ll quote them if you need them.
About ants: we spot-treat ant mounds around your home. We don’t treat whole lawns. Outdoor ants move around, so our focus is keeping them out of your house and managing them in the yard.

Do I need to be home?
Not for outside service. We come on your neighborhood’s route day. Inside service is scheduled ahead of time so someone can let us in.
Do you spray inside every visit?
No. Every visit focuses on stopping pests outside before they get in. Both plans start with an initial service inside and out. Panda Club also includes an inside service once a year, plus inside help as needed if something comes up. On the Exterior Plan, inside service is a paid service call.
What if something comes up between visits?
On Panda Club, if covered pests show up between visits, we come out at no charge. On the Exterior Plan, it’s a paid service call.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
No long-term commitment and no early termination fee. Cancel anytime by phone at 850-630-4027 or email info@pinkpandapest.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. Canceling Panda Club ends your 5-year price lock.
What products do you use? Are they safe for my family and pets?
We take safety seriously. Every product is applied exactly as its label directs, only where pests live and travel, and only as much as the job needs. We don’t blanket-spray your home. If you have kids, pets, a fish tank or anyone sensitive to chemicals in the house, tell us and we’ll plan around it.
Every work order lists the products used on that visit. Ask anytime and we’ll give you the label safety information or your technician’s state ID card number.
What does the initial service cost?
It starts at $145, inside and out, and gets your home under control before regular service begins. We confirm your price in writing before we start.
